The picture of the Moana dress on the mannequin has a petticoat underneath to show how roomy the dress is. Petticoat not included in this listing. These are handmade. The stitches are not perfect but they are certainly wearable. Does not affect outward appearance of dress. I've taken pictures of the insides of the dresses so you can see some of the stitch work.
