A beautifully lightweight 100% cotton kimono-style hand-printed dressing gown.

One size fits approx: 10-18 (UK), 8-16 (USA), 38-46 (EU). The gown is 130cm/51" in length and 152cm/60" wide (approx). Features two front pockets for essentials, a generous belt and belt-loops. I recommend a cool wash and a gentle spin.

Our dressing gowns are designed to be simple and beautiful. We use a very light cotton to ensure the gowns are as comfortable as possible (each robe weighing only 300 grams / 10oz approx). Our pure 100% Indian cotton provides a luxurious softness that is practical, light and dries much faster than typical Terry or Percale cotton.

All robes are hand-printed in India by experienced craftspeople, using either the traditional 2024 wood-block print or screen-print process.

Our patterns are inspired by classic and simple bold imagery from all over the world. The "Long Tailed Bird" pattern is inspired by a 18th Century Indian mural that we came across some years back. We had the design made into a wood block by a Jaipur craftsmen and the robe has since become iconic. This dark blue robe has become our best selling design (punk icon Iggy Pop wears the men's version).
