A wonderful art deco style vintage glass bowl, stamped 'Jacobean Regd'. This range was made byJosef Inwald A.G. in Czechoslovakia from 1923 and imported by Clayton Mayers & Co. From 1932 to 1960 production was switched to Davidson in the North East of England. In the 1950s, Clayton Mayers was the first company to advertise glass on TV!
We can't find the registration of this particular design so we're not sure of the date but believe it's probably an early Davidson piece from the 1930s.
It's in lovely condition and has many uses.
