70s Burgundy Paisley Belted Puffed Sleeve 2024 Victor Costa Dress

This is a stunning, unique vintage 1970s dress designed by Victor Costa. In the Victorian style, the fabric is a red, pink, and black paisley print accented with black crochet bands, two in a diagonal across the chest and two at the hem. Beautifully constructed puffed 3/4-length sleeves with small built-in shoulder pads. Black belt with belt loops. The fabric is intact as are the seams. It's in excellent condition, ready for its next owner. No size tag, but it's tight on my 4/6 dress form. Measurements shortly. I'd put it at a size 16/L girls or an XXS women's.
