The lamp has a heavy base

Measurements - Height - 37 cm. / 14.5 inch.
Flexible hose nickel-plated 25 cm. reflector 11 cm diameter, 14.5 cm deep.
Edison screw-fitting E27 for a 40 - 60 Watt lightbulb
Plug type: C.
Also works with type E and type F.
Herman Theodoor Jan Anthoin Busquet (born Feb.9 1914) was a Dutch industrial designer
Started the company Hala in 1932 and designed mostly modern lighting
