The horses and riders pictured are previous custom orders and not for immediate sale.

This listing includes (1) x 3.75" poplar horse and (1) x 2.75" Large headed rider peg doll--Kokeshi inspired.

(Chibi inspired doll may be substituted for 2" doll with proportional head.)

These dolls are sourced from small woodworking businesses, and the horses and unicorns are cut by myself and my husband in our own work shop. They are then hand crafted and hand painted by me using only AP Certified non-toxic acrylic paints, stains and varnishes.

CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS :

1.) When you purchase this listing, leave your deadline (no sooner than 4-6 weeks) in the “Note to Seller” upon checkout.

2.) After purchasing this listing I will contact you within 48 hours to review your purchase and finalize your custom creation.

3.) Upon payment and finalization of your dolls, I will begin the crafting process.

4.) Upon completion, I will send you a photograph of the completed dolls for approval prior to shipping.

This will come through Etsy messages and if you do not have the Etsy App it will be sent to your email by Etsy.

IMPORTANT:

You will be given the opportunity for an official review before the dolls are sealed.

I will ask you to indicate approval with a written ‘Yes' or ‘No' followed by a list of minor changes if you have not approved.

You have 2 business days from receipt of this message to provide approval or submit changes. If I do not receive a response within 2 business days, I will seal the dolls and ship them as is.

This official review is the time for MINOR modifications, as we will have discussed your design at length prior to the start of the painting process.

In the event that an entirely new design is needed, or that a portrait needs to be recreated from scratch, I reserve the right to charge for the new project in its entirety.

Once you have approved the dolls and have received them the returns/refunds policy posted below is applied.



REFUND and RETURN Policy

I CANNOT accept returns or issue refunds on custom art work due to the time consuming nature of the process.

In the VERY RARE event that a small additional change needs to be made after receipt of an item, I will have the buyer return the dolls by mail for modifications.

Any additional shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.



STOLEN/LOST/MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are sent insured for total item value through the U.S. Postal Service.

In an effort to prevent fraud, In the event of a lost or stolen package claims, a REFUND WILL be issued when and if the U.S. Postal Service approves the insurance claim.

DAMAGE:

If your package should arrive damaged, please be sure to contact me ASAP, then KEEP and photograph the packaging so that I can provide you excellent customer service.

I cannot honor damage claims without this.


*******IMPORTANT: Dolls under 3” Tall or with add-ons made of clay or wood, are not intended for children under 3-years-old because small pieces and parts, while affixed soundly for play, may break away and become a choking hazard.

Dolls 3”-3.25” and larger are considered safe for children under three, however, while paint and varnish is non-toxic, it is not food grade and it will 2024 not stand up to a teething infant who may be able to peel paint with new teeth.
