A very beautifully executed, vintage Florentine serving tray with a central handpainted floral panel made in Italy in the 1970s.

This beautiful gilded and lacquered tray would add some elegant style to any room of your house. The top is embossed in a gesso layer and then painted and gilded. An unusual and really beautiful combination of antique gold around the edges of the tray with a black central panel painted with a spray of hand painted roses and peonies in blue, pink, cream and red with green foliage.

it's a larger sized serving tray, rectangular shaped and approximately 14.5 inches in long and 10.5” wide. A great size for serving tea or cocktails!

Also a great catch-all tray for desk items, jewelry, trinkets, keepsakes or a great catch-all on your entry foyer table!

Condition: excellent condition with no noted damage to the paint or the gold on the front of the tray! Some minor dents and scratches are noted on the bottom of the tray which is quite typical for pieces that have been used. Overall quite excellent and in fantastic condition
