Antique Bennington Rockingham 2024 Trinket Box with a Lamb

This antique Rockingham or Bennington trinket box has a naive lamb resting on the lid. The lamb has its head turned around wondering what is 2024 going on behind her. The brown shiny glaze is usually referred to as Rockingham but sometimes referred to as Bennington. This little trinket box has the brown glaze on the inside and outside and the 2 parts are joined by a brass hinge and clasp. It measures 3.75 inches long and is just 2.75 inches tall. The clasp is good and the piece is quite functional. It is in perfect condition and has no apologies
