The glass has bubbles and straw marks so might be hand blown. Beautiful heavy stopper. The set looks unused. Very very pretty.

The decanter stands 15” tall (top of stopper) x 4 1/4” wide at the widest point.
Each glass measures 3 1/4” tall x 2” diameter at the mouth.
No cracks no chips. Very little gold paint loss.
