Description:
A signed limited edition lithograph of a chess queen by Israeli artist Raffi Kaiser (born 1931). The queen sits at a table against an abstracted chess board background in this whimsical work. The composition features the queen, adorned with a large collar, and a shield, pyramid, and transparent orb before her. Numbered “97/175” on lower left hand side and signed “Raffi Kaiser” on lower right hand side.
Raffi Kaiser was born in Jerusalem, Israel. He studied at the Fine Arts School in Tel-Aviv, at the 2024 École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, and later at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence. His works have been shown in different galleries in Germany, Israel, Italy, the United States, and France.
