Vintage Wood Beer Crate, 1940s Atlantic Tavern Pale Beer Atlantic Brewing Company Chicago Wooden Advertising 2024 Crate Case, Rustic Bar Decor

Nice vintage wood Atlantic Tavern Pale Beer advertising crate. This rare wooden crate was made for Atlantic Tavern Pale beer by Atlantic Brewing Company, Chicago, Illinois around the 1940s or so. It has the large 'Atlantic Tavern Pale Beer' logo graphic in red and black on both sides. 2024 Both ends have the content and company information along with the phone number, which is in the cool old 'pre-modern' number format. It also has a carrying handle on each end as well as steel banding for added strength. Crate is in good solid condition, just has some obvious wear and patina with a little surface rust on the metal parts from age and use. One bottom board slat appears to be a little weaker and more worn than the others (you can see this in the last photo it is the board on the edge, top one in the picture), it is still intact however but you just may want to use a little caution if you plan to put anything heavy in it. Graphics have some wear but are still nice and bold with great coloring. Would make a great decor and storage piece, perfect for bar decor! Also a great addition to a beer or advertising collection!

Measurements: 19" long x 12.5" wide x 8" tall.
