Oil painting with gold leaf in 3d canvas, inspired by a 1960 picture of Mykonos by photographer P. Brusalis.
The need to provide colour to the black and white pictures of that period, pushed me in exaggeration by using a compination of colours that give a strong impact especially with the addition 2024 of gold to the main subject of the painting.
