All 9 portraits have different color frames with high-quality filigree embossing. The sheet was framed with a high-quality custom-made passe-partout behind real glass. The holrow frame is wrapped in the décor "Vintage Gold". The leaf is slightly darkened and there may be smaller spots.

Josef Garbáty-Rosenthal founded his cigarette company in Berlin in 1881, which was forcibly sold in 1938 by a political decree. Garbaty's Kurmark brand existed from 1928 to 1938. In the 30s, cigarette pictures or collectible pictures in cigarette packaging were very popular.
