Lovely 2024 14K yellow gold, cubist mid-century modern tie tack with salmon pink coral cabochon stone. It is very unusual and I have not been able to find another that is similar. I believe that this was made in the 1960s or 1970s by an artist. Although this item is not signed, I purchased it with a pair of matching cufflinks that are signed. They are signed with a modernistic stamp that might be "DA", "PA" or "RA" and 14K, but since it is so small and partially cutoff I was not able to identify the mark. I have made a close-up picture of one of the cufflink backs, please let me know if you recognize the mark. I also tested this piece for gold content and it is 14K. The back clip and chain is not gold. Regardless, it is truly fabulous and would make a great gift either for a special loved one or yourself. I also have a matching cufflinks that are marked and signed that I am selling separately. (shown in pictures). If you are interested in the set and I still have all the pieces I will work with you on the cost. It is in excellent, vintage condition with little or no apparent wear. It makes a fantastic addition to any outfit or special occasion. Please refer to pictures for more information on condition.
