2024 Hallo,
ich möchte meine Einzimmerwohnung im Herz von Friedrichshain während meines Urlaubs vermieten. Die Wohnung wird ab 1. Jan bis 31 März 2023 frei (für 3 Monaten).
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen S Warschauer Str. und Boxhagener Platz. Ruhiges Hinterhaus, 4. Etage. Monatliche Miete ist 630 EUR pauschal. Ich verlange auch 1-monatliche Miete als Kaution (630 EUR).
Bitte Nichtraucher und nicht für Parties. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert außer Waschmaschine.
Bei Interesse schreib mir bitte kurz über sich und was machst du in Berlin.
Dann können wir die Wohnungsbesichtigung vereinbaren.
Anmeldung und neues Namenschild auf der Türklingel sind nicht möglich.

Good day. Am looking to sublet my single room studio flat in the heart of Friedrichshain while am away for vacation . The flat is available from Jan 01 until March 31, 2023( for 3 months). The flat is situated between s Warschauer str and Boxhagner Platz in a quiet back house in the 4th floor. Rent per month is 630 Euro which includes additional costs. Safety deposit : 630 euro( 1 month rent).
The flat is for non smokers and for not partying. Comes with almost all needed furnitures except a washing machine .
If interested, please drop me a message with a self introduction and your purpose of stay in Berlin. I will get in touch if we can arrange for a physical viewing .
To note : Anmeldung not possible. Name at door is not possible.
