Images shown are simply examples of previous client's orders most of which submitted their own design/image. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT YOUR OWN PRINT READY DESIGN. We do offer a few stock images (brown mason jar, pink crown, baby feet…etc) free of charge. However, if none of these fit your taste and you'd prefer something else we have a graphic designer that can create something for you at a rate of $25. As an alternative there are also fellow Etsy sellers that may offer design services at a lower cost so we highly encourage going that route as an alternative.

When submitting your ready made graphic please be sure that the image you are submitting meets the criteria listed below:

-Acceptable file formats include: JPG, PNG and PDF
-Image should be at least 3”x3”
-No small fonts as they will be illegible on the marshmallow.
-Any photo submissions MUST be high resolution images.
-Please No cell phone photos
-No photos or logos with dark or black backgrounds.
-Photos that contain a single person are best and will produce the best results when printed.

At Candy With a Twist we believe in having fun. However, we do have some guidelines regarding what images can appear on our products.

The following items are NOT acceptable:

-Please do not request any objectionable words or phrases to be used for your items.

-No obscenities or inappropriate photos/designs.

Candy With a Twist products are intended for personal as well as business use. That means we will not honor requests for images or names that belong to a business, product, celebrity, sports teams, major events, schools or institutions unless permission is granted by the organization that rightfully owns the requested image/design.

If you have a company logo that you would like used please be sure to email it to us art [!at] candywithatwist.com. In that e-mail please be sure to message us from a company e-mail address giving permission for the logo/design to be used.

Due to risk of copyright infringement we DO NOT print licensed characters, (Dora, Mickey Mouse, etc) Sports teams, (The Cowboys, The Redskins, Vikings, etc) Fashion designers (Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, etc...) without the expressed written permission of the rightful owner or representative of said company.

When to order?
We generally require a minimum of 2 weeks lead time on ALL, regardless of the order size. We do take advanced orders from our Etsy shop as well as our website www.candywithatwist.com and as a result we tend to book up rather quickly. Please keep that in mind when placing orders and making inquiries.

We do not charge rush fees. As a company we feel as though if we can accommodate your order there is no need to penalize the customer for ordering late. 2024 With that being said expedited shipping charges may be required in order for your shipment to arrive on time. We will notify you of those details as soon as possible.

Shipping & Warm Weather

During the months of May-September expedited shipping is required for your order. A second day shipping method (2nd day or overnight) MUST be used for any shipment more than 2 business days transit time from our base of NJ. (This would include the: west coast, southwest, southeast, and parts of the Midwest) Feel free to message us if you are not sure.

Our shipping prices shown only apply to shipping in the continental U.S. (Alaska & Hawaii not included). International Customers please message us prior to purchasing. If the delivery address you provided in checkout or through email communications is incorrect, then we are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address. We ship Monday-Wednesday and will send you the tracking number the day AFTER your package has been sent.

Please keep in mind that chocolate melts so be sure track your package carefully! 




PACKAGING: 
All of our items are packaged in clear food-safe plastic bags and heat sealed for freshness.

Proper storage of your order:

In order to preserve the integrity of the image shown on your products please be sure to store these items in a cool dry place and out of direct light/sunlight until they are ready to be used. The images do not last forever and exposure to light for prolonged periods of time may cause a slight discoloration of the image on the marshmallow product. However, please know that despite the possible change that may occur they are still completely safe to eat.
