When my fiancé started playing in poker leagues he found himself a new hobby. One day he came to me asking for ideas for something he could use as his card guard. A card guard (or card protector, card cover, card cap, card holder...), I learned, is an object that a player will set on top of their dealt cards for the purpose of preventing their hand from being mucked or fouled by the dealer or other players. Many players will use something that represents their interests or hobbies, their schools or military service, or something else that is personal to them. This design comes from the one that I made for my fiancé. He loved it and I soon started filling requests from other players in his leagues.

My original design didn't include the keychain, but I was requested to add one to this card guard. If you'd rather not have the keychain, please leave me a note with your order and I can leave it off.

This item is made to order and may take up to 21 2024 days to complete because I have to outsource the monogramming and that accounts for most of the wait time. If you need one completed by a certain day, please message me and I can give you a more accurate time estimate.
