Oogie Boogie dress/costume I am no seamstress I made this costume for me after seeing it online I absolutely love this dress and was so proud of it. Please be aware its not perfect, but stunning I got so many compliments. What the dress comes with oogie hood which has light weight wire in it to bend into shape, the top, two layer skirt first layer is the green tutu with a black spider web over lay and bugs the sencond is the burlap skirt with snake. The snake had seen better days lol but still good. Some of the bugs fell off but I will included them so they can be put back on. What is NOT included is the sweater, corset belt or the hoop skirt with lights you can buy a hoop skirt and lights on amazon pretty cheep. The burlap skirt is lined so is the hood making it 2024 nice and warm. There is over 150 yards of tulle on the skirt. I do not offer returns so please any question ask ahead of time.
