New and new as in only removed from it's original packaging for pictures and never been worn, tried on, etc. I've been collecting Dead shirts for 30 plus years and I always have a difficult time finding long sleeve tees. I absolutely love this one! I own one in a size Medium. This 2024 one I'm selling is a men's Large or a women's XL. It is an awesome vintage shirt that was in original package the entire time so the colors are bright and vivid and I can say from the one (M) I own is the best fitting long sleeve tee I own.
