This 90s gem is hard to find still in plastic wrap. There are obvious condition issues: A couple holes in the bank, shown in pictures The seal is ripped at the top There is dirt and debris inside the plastic See all photos for details. This is a TMNT bank with the original cookies still inside. As this 2024 is still sealed, I am unaware of the condition of the cookies inside the bank.
