Return/Exchange Policy:
All of our tumblers are custom made. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you receive your tumbler damaged, you will need to let me know within 2 days of delivery. We ship priority for the safety of our tumblers. But accidents can happen. After the 2 day period, if it has not been reported to us, we will not be able to help you.
