Medium-large heel slab of Larimar with attractive color and patterns. One face is saw-cut, the other is a still-flat but natural-break face with natural variations in height and appearance.

Side A features a center of pectolite, surrounded by beautiful chatoyant white. The long cut side has a solid row of blue-green bordering the chatoyant white and the edge of the slab; this could made several matching pieces of a set in a necklace or earrings. Several cm of volcanic matrix lies along the long "outer-bend" side, but does not intrude into the interior more than 2mm.

Side B - A natural-break face that is full of chatoyant white. One of the most unique pieces in my shop. If the lapidarist chooses this side for the top, it will make a very nice polished stone, comparable to star sapphire in my opinion for the beauty.

Edge - Edge measures about 10mm throughout most of the piece. The natural variation in height of the natural-break face on side B will vary a little, but you should be able to get a spectacular cabochon or multiples in this piece.
