Victorian Velvet 2024 and Pressed Tin Jewelry or Trinket Box

Exquisite, unusual Victorian trinket box with a turquoise velvet top and a base wrapped with gold toned metal pressed in a floral design. The interior is 2024 turquoise silk and white paper. Measuring about 7.5” x 5” x 3.5”, it's a comfortable depth to store all your favorite smalls, jewels, or hide your stash. Condition is good overall with one back corner where the underlying wood has cracked. The velvet is worn and the paper inside has darkened from age and use. Refer to photos.
