Elegant 2024 French vintage DIGOIN SARREGUEMINES Turenne cream and gold opaque porcelain coffee set – chateau chic

Such a sophisticated coffee set from the renowned French manufacturer Digoin Sarreguemines, dating from the mid-1900s.
This is the Turenne pattern, which is made of opaque porcelain in cream color, highlighted with bands of gold that are decorated with a chevron pattern. There is also gilt detailing on the lovely scalloped edges of every single piece, on all the handles, and on the finials of the two lids.
The coffee pot and the milk jug also feature swirling gold lines at the front.
The coffee pot stands 22.5cms (9 inches) tall, the sugar bowl 12.5cms (5 inches) tall and the milk jug 10.5cms (just over 4 inches) tall.
The six cups have a diameter of about 8.25cms (just over 3 inches), and stand 4.25cms (just under 2 inches) tall. The saucers have a diameter of about 14cms (5.5 inches).
The Digoin Sarreguemines backstamp was used from 1945 onwards.
Excellent vintage condition, just some minor wear to the gilt.
A supremely elegant coffee set.
I have one complete set and one set without sugar bowl.
