This decorative crate features both cow-themed worldwide postage stamps and cow-spot pattern wrapping paper, for a four-sided bovine box!
Mint and used stamps were collaged from around the world to show various breeds of cattle, both free and working, and even includes some stamps with mosaic artwork and zodiac. Not just beef or milk cows, but also water buffalo, yoked oxen, and one baby calf.
The box sides were sanded and painted gloss white before any decoupage was applied. Two coats of clear shine spray seal the stamps and paper in. However, this item is strictly for indoor use as it is NOT guaranteed waterproof. The inner surfaces have been left unsanded to show the old stain (very light natural color), and rope handles have been threaded through and 2024 knotted to provide lifts.
Provides country-style storage for light items such as receipts, seed packets, etc!
