The Global Brush Cherry (Eugenia Myrtifolia) is an evergreen tree or shrub with dark green glossy lance-shaped leaves. Very easy care Bonsai. It bears small white flowers and edible red fruit when it grow to a mature tree. (when it grow in the small pot it doesn't bear fruit or flower. if you like the tree bear fruit in small size please check out our other listing of Barbado Cherry)

Native to Australia and New Zealand. The small dark green lance-shaped leaves are are firm, glossy and are arranged in opposite leaf pairs. In Australia the Brush Cherry is often sheared to form hedges. If it is allowed to grow as a tree, it has a single trunk and a bushy, oval canopy. It does not tolerate frost. Please bring indoor when temperature drop to freeze. You can grow this Bonsai indoor by the bright windowor outdoor in the shade.

Watering: Water when soil is dry a half inch to an inch beneath the surface. This bonsai will require more water in the summer than the winter.
