I have made these using a beautifully white earthenware clay with a 2024 chocolate slip and blue crackle glaze.

These are one off items, truly handmade. suitable for an altar.

One pound coin shown for sizing. These are handmade in Butcombe.

WHY I PRODUCE POTTERY

I love to produce beautiful artisan pottery for enhancing spirituality in the home. I am inspired by potters from the East . I spend my spare time at the village of Glastonbury for inspiration. My influences are from nature and I aim to produce unique pieces to aid meditation practices and also pieces that are stand alone pieces for offering tables. Enjoy looking at my unique pieces of pottery, I will be adding more as I make them.

•You will enjoy my pottery if you appreciate items that are truly individual and handmade. My pieces are made with a passion that is missing from items bought from high street shops.

•I am an artist as well as a potter, so my love of the natural world, appreciation of colour, shape and form are evident in my pieces.

•My process and glazes are unique to me. I start by drawing most of my designs in my design book. Here the seeds of ideas on glazes and particularly important for me, colour matches to give each piece a beautiful finish, looking as if its truly been inspired by the natural environment.
