Elegant wool felt navy color 2024 hat

I made this elegant, formal hat in dark blue (navy blue) wool felt. I hand-stitched decorative silk trim. This simple, yet elegant hat can be worn at church, dinners, formal parties, or luncheon with your girlfriend. It looks beautiful with silver blue earrings, which I made for this hat and sell separately.
