2024 In da wind, biker art

I hand carved the ol biker face from basswood with hand tools . He has his bandanna on and hair and beard blowing "in da wind" . I Painted it with acrylic washes and clear coated it. The face itself is approx 7 1/2"x5"x 1" thick . I mounted the face to a very old piece of wormy cypress that is approx 18"x8"X1" thick . The cypress piece reminds me of an old chopper style gas tank with a flame job . That's why I created the old biker face to go with it . It comes with a chain mounted on the back to hang it on a wall .

This is an original design and carving of mine . I hand carve all my pieces and do the paint work myself . I'm a member of the Craftsmans Guild of Mississippi and the 2024 tannehill woodcarvers club.
