Beautiful Unused Shibori 2024 Haori Vintage Japanese Silk Kimono, Light Silver Blue Wash, Plants, Tie-Dye, Handmade Woman's Jacket Medium / Large

This is a lovely unused all-shibori, silk, hand-sewn vintage women's haori in excellent ready-to-wear condition. The original tacking threads, left by the seamstress to indicate that the item is new, are still present.

The pattern features gently bending plants. The background has a 2024 light silver-blue wash. It has a nice drape and a textured shibori hand. All in all, a delightful haori. It is size Medium/Large.

Condition: Unused. Excellent. Ready to wear.

Shibori is a Japanese resist-dyeing technique in which the fabric is folded, twisted, scrunched, or otherwise shaped into place, tied with knots, and then dyed.
