✍ Although our objective is to sell pieces that are made in France, unfortunately, we may offer items that are unable to be authenticated. However, all products are 100% purchased in and shipped from France.

✍ Our products are vintage, which means they have accumulated a lot of miles over the years, which only adds to their charm. This means there may be some age related marks and scratches to be found.

✍ Are you wearing your glasses dear!! Remember colors on the screen vary between monitors due to resolution settings. Colors may vary slightly on different computer monitors.

✍ Don't worry be Happy!! We at “FRENCH WINE DECOR” completely understand if you change your mind about an item you have received. If you decide you would like to return an item, it will be at the buyer's expense including postage. The purchase price will not be returned until the goods have been received with insurance and in good condition. International returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your item. You must insure the product, if returning it. If the item was sent/returned and damages occur, becomes lost, stolen or a package is undelivered, we are not held responsible. Please contact us for information about having your shipment insured prior to ordering.

✍ Who doesn't love low shipping cost!! Once payment has been received, it will then be shipped within 7-16 business days internationally and 3-7 days within France. During certain times of the year, shipping may take longer; for example, December. We use France Colissimo, which does come with a tracking number but no insurance. If there are any duty charges or import taxes the customer is responsible for the payment. We encourage you to confirm before ordering. Lastly, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
