Antique Hand Carved Soapstone 2024 Foo Dog Incense Burner

This is an incredible piece and I was very fortunate that it passed through my hands.

The detail work is incredible! There are 2 handles shaped as elephant heads that compose the main bowl, on top of this sets a foo dog open mouthed showing finely carved sharp teeth. The main bowl sits on a 3 footed stand. In overall good condition, there are a 2024 few rough spots and a small chip on the very bottom of one ear that can only be felt not seen.
