This piece is inspired by walkings in the hills of South Donegal, behind my house. The blues, reds 2024 and pinks give a dramatic tone, with exaggerated trees and cloud movements.
One of my first paintings where I explored strong contrasting colours. This is painted alla prima on canvas board.
