Retired 18”Ruthie Simmons doll with original bag, handkerchief, watch and satin pajama and slippers set. Doll is in generally good condition hair is no longer in the original style and her hair ribbon is missing. She 2024 has two small marks on her which I have included in photos. The satin pajamas are missing a button, but otherwise in excellent condition.
