These all come with working batteries already installed, but then you get 26 cargo and passenger cars and 4 extra coal tenders along with the 4 that go with the engines. Spencer is missing his back coupler. See photos. Overall a decent deal considering I can guarantee that, as of right now 21 of these engines are fully functional with batteries included. The three that aren't functional are the ones with rubber bands around them in the photos. Offers welcome!
