I bought this here (on Mercari) and thought it was the American version but it's the Japanese one. Although you can change the language to English, you won't be able to access the E shop (even though the e shops will close in Mar 2023) or Theme Shop. Other than that, everything else works great. It plays all physical DS and 3DS games perfectly, and the system itself is running smoothly. Sometimes the screens will turn black when exiting an app/game but if you wait a few seconds it turns back on. Also the charger is included. Feel free to make offers but I 2024 probably won't accept anything under $150.
