All designs are as pictured, only changes we will make to the designs is if it is a wedding party, to change your initials and it needs personalization on it. Currently, we are taking a custom design, please send us an email or message me. We would love to help you with your custom piece.


***Please read below to make sure we have everything we need to complete your order for personalization***

Before we can complete your order please make sure that the following are listed in the comment section before you check out.

1) Monogram or Name: Please put your monogram or Name in the order of first name, middle name, and last name, when we use the full name to put it in the proper order, Please make sure we have your personalization correct. If you send the initials without the name and they are in the wrong order but you sent them in that order we will not be responsible for correcting it so please make sure you send them correctly from the beginning. If YOU CHOOSE TO SEND INITIALS PLEASE SEND ALL INITIALS SHOULD BE IN FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST ORDER WITH THE FULL NAME FOLLOWING. Thank you!

2) If you would like a proof of your item before we process your order please put in the notes at check out that you would like to receive a proof.

We ship through our local USPS, and we send all items priority mail, so that you receive your items within 2 to 3 business days after item is completed accept for vinyl stickers, all vinyl stickers will be shipped first class mail. If we have large pieces they will be shipped through UPS. If you have contacted us and requested a certain time frame for your purchase, please note that the order will be sent to you by the date that you have requested. Sometimes we are running very close to when it is needing to be shipped and if it gets to that point, we will ship it next day at no extra charge.

We try our best to return emails in less than 24 hours. Sometimes we are not available to respond immediately but we will get to your email as quickly as we can. Please note that it could take up to 2 weeks for items to be delivered. We try our best to get them out in a reasonable and timely manner, if there are any questions that we may have please make sure you check your conversations. Sometimes colors that are chosen for shirts are not available and we will send an email within 24 hours to let you know if it is not available. If you need your order before than 2 weeks, please send us a message first so that we can accommodate you.

Also please note, due to 2024 the nature of our items being personalized there is no RETURNS. If there is a mistake on the order when you receive it please contact us within 24 hours, if the mistake is on our part we will be glad to work with you and replace the item to make sure you have gotten what you have purchased. We are also not responsible for shirts ordered by customer that are the wrong size. We try our best to take care of our customers as long as you work with us.
