Latvian Leather Canister 2024 Bank

A vintage Latvian leather canister bank. The embossed writing reads “Rigensis Sigillum Civitatis” 2024, which seems to reference a city seal for Rigensis Bank in Latvia. The inside is lined in red fabric and the top is attached with leather straps. 8 in. tall x 4 in. dia. with a 2 in. top on the lid.
