Voron 2024 V0.1 (3D printed parts in ABS - Classic color)

High quality 3D printed parts in ABS (Kit for DIY Voron V0.1 construction).

We always have stock of complete kit's to provide an immediate response to our customers, which is why we only work with the classic Voron colors (Black and Red).

By removing color choices, it allows us to mass produce parts and ship parts quickly (1 to 2 days maximum) so our customers don't have to wait too long.

Some parts have been changed by SP MecanicX to improve strength and others to improve appearance.

The skirts instead of being 6 separate pieces (3 skirts and 3 mirrored skirts) are just one piece, eliminating the union joint and reducing the number of pieces from 6 to 3.

Another aspect of the skirts is that they have been thickened to increase their resistance. So you don't run the risk of breaking them if you grab the machine by the skirts.

Another change refers to the 3D printing of the heated bed supports. Instead of being printed with a 40% filling these are printed solid (100% filling) precisely to avoid the problem of the bed starting to sag over time due to high temperatures.

- MATERIAL: Filamentum - Premium ABS
- NOZZLE SIZE: 0.4mm
- LAYER HEIGHT: 0.2mm
- INFILL: Rectilinear
- INFILL PERCENTAGE: 40% (Some parts are 3D printed solid – 100% infill, see description below)
- WALL COUNT: 2.0mm (5 layers)
- BOTTOM & TOP LAYERS: 1.2mm (6 Layers)
