Annie or Alice In Wonderland boot covers are made to your size, child or adult! The black "slipper" and "strap" are created from Black Mystique Lycra, which has a slight metallic shine. These are hand cut and sewn onto a White lycra boot cover. The tops and bottoms of the boot covers are finished with elastic and seams have been serged and have reinforced for top-notch construction. These are Top Quality skate covers!
