FAULTY Vintage Artie the Clown Tin Windup Vehicle Not working: for parts / repair. The little piece holding the right wheel/axle in place is broken off / missing (photo #7/8/9). Windup feature is not working: I'm guessing it's because the missing 2024 piece has caused the axle gears to be out of place, but there could possibly be other issues. The back seating piece is missing, and there could be other missing parts I'm not aware of. Metal has a good bit of scratches, rust, and other surface wear. Toy is approximately 6.5" x 3.5" x 9" tall and weighs 10oz (over 1/2 lb). Artie the clown in colorful outfit and cone hat. Jojo the dog sitting on front rotates and front wheels rotate. Jeep has smiley face and animal faces on front. Wheels have red & white swirl design rims and patched-up tires. The clown figure can stand up / sit down which should be part of the movement when it is working. "Unique Art Mfg. Co., Inc - Newark 8, New Jersey" marked on both sides.
