Catch - Original Snowboarding Oil Painting 2024 on Wood

This is an original oil painting on wood. It is 19 x 9 inches in size. The wood is from fallen trees from family property in the Tahoe National Forest - sawed, sanded, and primed with gesso for painting. There is a D-ring backing attached for easy hanging with a nail. It also stands on its own on a flat surface.

This painting was inspired by snowboarding in the Sierras. I named it “Catch”.
