Due to the nature of the retired strips usability is not guaranteed. All sets are sold as is. The outside package may have a few stains, tears, imperfections, old stylist stickers etc. but are factory sealed and sets has never been opened. Some of the perforated backs on some are slightly opened. All sets have been kept in plastic art bins in a smoke-free, pet free house.
