This is a gorgeous piece of vintage art glass. I've not been able to figure out the maker. Possibly vintage Fenton. The foot has a Pontil as shown. This piece has no chips or cracks. There are the usual irregularities that come with blown glass like straw lines and small bubbles. This piece measures approximately 7.5” T x 8” at its widest opening. Lovely ruffled edge.
