This cup was released last year in the US. It was a Target Exclusive which made it rather difficult for me to even get my hands on considering it would've been 2 hours 1 way to attempt to get it. I have oil slicks from other countries 2024 and the prices do fluctuate depending on the releases because some are harder to find than others.
