Definitely vintage, perhaps antique. I have owned this for several decades and had often looked for one on antique sites. Recently I finally found one on an antique advertising site for $349! That one is in almost pristine condition, unlike this one I am offering. it is, however the exact color lithograph on 2 sides of a boy eating jam covered bread, and is directly printed on the tin metal can, not paper. It is 6 2024 1/4” tall with a 4” diameter lid and held 1 pound of “only the very highest quality jam packed under the Jam-Boy Brand” Jameson Boyce Company, Binghamton, NY/. I can not remove the lid but it does display well and there is no doubt it is old when you see it.
