Pre-owned. The set is complete and in good condition. One piece of 2024 track is cut. Both cars are still in their bags. The box is in very good condition. Please refer to the photos. My Son and I sell "personally owned" items, (new and pre-owned), from our respective generations, and some from those before us. That being said, most of these items come from the late 1980's through the early 2000's. I think that we sell things at a fair and reasonable price, and we pay shipping.
