Introducing our chunkiest bracelet yet! I gave my Dad, the chain maker, a challenge of creating a heavy statement chain, and the result was this stunning creation. This stylish double link bracelet has been expertly handcrafted using 925 sterling silver. We took our round link bracelet, and had a brainstorm of how we could transform a classic into a modern piece. We decided to double the circular links, to double the drama, and then instead of connecting the links together with more circular silver, we decided to use an oval shape. The result is a chunky, striking piece which has the perfect balance of drama and everyday elegance. This bracelet weighs 46.2g. Like the design but fancy something a little lighter? We also have available the same bracelet weighting 24g.

❉ How has this piece been made?

All of our chains are handmade by an expert jeweller, who has over 40 years in the industry 2024 specialising in chain design and creation. All pieces are made in his workshop in Birminghams Jewellery Quarter. This piece offers the perfect balance between classic and modern chain, and Is a particular favourite of mine! Your silver bracelet starts life as a coil of sterling silver wire. To make the links, the wire is then drawn down to the required gauge, and then annealed. This process softens the wire, and makes is easily mouldable. The links are then made by wrapping this softened wire around the desired shaped spit. Once we have the links ready, they are then sawn, ready for linking or moulding into the round and oval shapes. Each link is then joined together one by one, individually soldered, and then twisted. Finally a carabiner clasp is added to complete the bracelet.

As soon as we have created the perfect bracelet, the piece is sent to the assay in the Jewellery Quarter, where it is checked and receives the 925 stamp, offering assurance that this piece is of the highest silver quality. The item is then highly polished using our expert machinery.


❉ Can I make any amendments to the chain?

If you reach out to us, we can definitely try and accommodate this, as all of our chains are handmade, we are able to adjust the length at a cost of £5 per gram of silver used. You could even have this beautiful chain as a necklace if you wished! For any custom changes, please allow our chainmaker a maximum of 7 working days.


❉ I want to order more than the quantity posted on Etsy, is this possible?

If you get in touch with us, we can definitely try to accommodate this! Being new to Etsy, we decided to make just 2 of each chain to begin with, while we work out which are our online best sellers. If there is a chain you have fallen in love with but there isn't enough stock online, just drop us a message.


❉ How is my item packaged?

We understand the importance of perfectly packaged items- it is almost as important as the chain itself! Each piece will be packaged beautifully and responsibly, in a black jewellery box with fixtures, so your new bracelet does not move in transit, and is finished with a beautiful white satin ribbon bow. We also have gift wrapping options available, and would be happy to include any messages in the card if you would like. All gift wrapped items are boxed and sent in environmentally friendly white rose wrapping paper, before being completed with a black or rose gold ribbon bow, for that additional luxurious touch. Items are then sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery service.


❉ How can I take care of my new purchase?

Your beautiful bracelet should be sturdy enough to be worn every day! There is nothing worse than having a piece you love and something breaks, so we have taken extra time when soldering every link to make sure that doesn't happen. However, sterling silver is an alloy of silver, made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals such as copper. These metals can react with chemicals in the air, creating a black surface coating known as tarnish. Fortunately, tarnish doesn't harm the underlying metal, and can be removed fairly easily. You can help to slow down natural tarnish buildup by cleaning your silver regularly, we would recommend cleaning with warm soapy water and a soft brush, however you can also purchase specialist silver cleaners if the tarnish build up is particularly bad over time. You should keep your silver jewellery away from chlorinated water, perfumes and cleaning products. The great news is wearing your silver jewellery every day will help slow down the tarnishing, so where your bracelet with pride!
