Very nice water color print titled "The Capitol" by Paul N. Norton, paints the US Capitol Building. Artist Paul N. Norton signature at the bottom right of the print. Framed, behind glass. While working as an advertising artist, American artist Paul Norton (1909-1984) created the famous logos for Dairy Queen and Pella Windows, among others. Paul N. Norton's paintings often featured the landscapes surrounding his Midwestern home, including watercolor paintings of farms, riverboats, and local architecture. Popular throughout the heartland, Paul N. Norton's prints are found in many homes and businesses, and his paintings have hung in both the Iowa governor's mansion and the White House. Approximate size with frame: Length 17" x Width 21". Approximate weight: 3 lb 11.5 oz.
