This romantic love bird wedding cake topper is extra special with the addition of a real 22ct. gold crown. These birds and their nest are made with stoneware clay and fired twice in the kiln to a very high temperature. I use a shiny sunshine yellow glaze for the birds and finish their nest in a light matte brown. The final step is to apply real 22 ct. gold to the bride's crown and fire a third time in the kiln to a much lower temperature.

Engraving of your names and wedding date on the underside of the nest is included in the price. Just leave me a note with your details when you order and I'll have your customized topper in the mail in three weeks.

This love bird topper measures 5 inches in width x 3 inches in height. The cake top used for the photos measures 6 inches at the top tier and the nest measures 3.50 inches in diameter. This topper is very light in weight because the birds are hollow.
